The room was clean , and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout.
I booked a room with two beds , however there was no view from it. I had paid extra for an upgrade , YET the host did not inform me in advance that only the double bed room had a view. They also did not offer a refund for the upgrade. The location felt sketchy in the evening.

the self-check-in was easy. the room was clean. cleaning was done daily. the shared mini-kitchen was a plus.
The room had fewer amenities than expected. i thought it felt a bit more like a hostel. Carrying my bags up the stairs was difficult.

My room included air conditioning, useful. The bed was super clean and cozy. I found a metro station just a short walk away. A breakfast spot located right outside the hotel was convenient.
I noticed some noise from the corridor . The sound insulation isnt great.

i found my "double or twin room private bathroom" spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable, perfect after long days exploring. i appreciated the easy communication with the staff (they were very responsive!). the location proved convenient with stations nearby.
the furniture in the room felt very simple, it could use a little update.

the hotel enjoys proximity to the 28 tram and the green underground line, providing easy access to various city attractions. a lidl supermarket is conveniently located nearby, easing grocery shopping, so i could cook for myself.

the rooms were cleaned daily, and this was amazing. i found wifi worked without problems. communication with the personnel was easy (i was able to reach them for some advice!).

good and cheap indian and asian restaurants are a short walk away from the premises, this area is based in an indian and bangladeshi area. i noticed several cafes and restaurants with vegan options close by.
